Project Overview Hallmark Consultants designed the institutional and operational Framework for a National TVET Fund to streamline financing mechanisms for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). The initiative established strategic multi-donor funding pathways and inter-agency coordination mechanisms to drive sustainable skills development across Nepal.
