Hallmark Consultants’ field team conducts key informant (KIl) meetings with FCHVs, health facility assessments, household (HH) maternal and death screenings, interviews with recently delivered women (RDWs), and the listing and validation of neonatal and maternal death for Endline Study in Rautahat/ One Heart Worldwide OHW/Hallmark.

Following the successful completion of initial orientation training and field monitoring, Hallmark Consultants’ research team has officially progressed into full-scale data collection across the local municipalities of Rautahat District. Field teams are deployed across rural communities to execute a comprehensive suite of primary data collection activities, combining direct household engagement with institutional health facility assessments. Utilizing Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) technology on digital tablets, researchers are conducting household-level maternal and neonatal death screenings, performing in-depth interviews with Recently Delivered Women (RDWs), and carrying out meticulous listing and validation procedures for maternal and infant mortality. Simultaneously, field staff are conducting health facility assessments across local health posts, leading structured Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) with Female Community Health Volunteers (FCHVs) and local health administrators, and analyzing primary facility records to ensure rigorous data triangulation and robust baseline comparisons for the Network of Safety evaluation.
