  • IFAD Core Indicators Alignment: Measured baseline status on household income, food security, market access, gender mainstreaming, and climate adaptive capacity in compliance with IFAD standards.

  • Value Chain & Market Analysis: Benchmarked high-value agricultural commodities to establish targeted interventions for market linkages and producer organization strengthening.
