Project Overview Hallmark Consultants conducted a comprehensive Feasibility Study for the EMPOWER Project to establish technical, environmental, and social baselines. The study evaluated strategies to build resilient food systems, enhance local agrobiodiversity, and improve economic independence for 565 women farmers.

  • Agrobiodiversity & Resilient Systems Framework: Designed actionable interventions to support sustainable farming practices, indigenous crop protection, and climate-adaptive food supply chains.
