Project Overview Hallmark Consultants designed and delivered a specialized Training of Trainers (ToT) program focused on Digital Financial Literacy (DFL) and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) tailored for actors across agri-food value chains. The initiative emphasized gender-inclusive and safe training environments to build local instructional capacity.

  • GESI & Safeguarding Integration: Mainstreamed Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) and strict safeguarding practices into digital finance and agricultural safety modules.

  • Agri-Food Value Chain Enhancement: Equipped trainers with practical tools to teach smallholder farmers and micro-entrepreneurs about digital payments, financial tools, and workplace safety standard operating procedures.
